We SHOW YOU means we will help you find a free hosting service (probably GoDaddy.com) and give you a brief explanation of how to post pages there. We will NOT show you how to design web-pages, but we can recommend some books or websites to help you out.
There are no contracts of any kind. If for any reason you decide to leave or we decide you need to leave, your entire website will be zipped up and emailed to you in a zip file, and you will be refunded ONLY the pro-rated yearly fee. All one-time fees are non-refundable.
We offer absolutely NO guarantee of uptime. We have many websites running on this same service, and we haven't had an outage since we started this in 2007. In the event of an outage, we will restore service as soon as possible, but there will be no refunds of any kind for the outage.
